All sales are final and there are no refunds for the Sunless Certification and Training Calls.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the problem. We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit in such cases.

For Apparels:
We now accept returns for apparel items within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
